How I Get People to Pay Me 10K + 15% of Their Company
Views don’t grow businesses.
I learned that the hard way after charging $5K/month to make clients go viral—until they realised it wasn’t making them money.
That’s when I scrapped everything and started over.
Now, people pay me $10K plus 15% of their company.
Here’s how I made the shift to Content Operator—and how you can too.
I’ll break down the process to become a Content Operator:
• Land $10K+ deals
• Get profit shares that pay you for years
• Build equity in projects you can eventually sell for millions
This isn’t agency work.
It’s the investor’s approach to business.
No special skills required.
Just the ability to actually help clients grow.
You can learn it all on YouTube.
Or shortcut the process inside Content Operators at skool.com/content.
It’s not flashy.
It’s not sexy.
But it works.
As always, No BS.
Step 1 - Cold Outreach Operations
You need to find clients.
To do that, I like to follow the principle of "build once, sell infinitely".
So I recommend the classic Cold Email Outreach.
The good thing with this is that you only build your Operation once.
Then all you need is to feed it with fresh leads.
The way I went about it to find clients which LTV was over $30k was to do the unscalable.
I used the Sniper Method and generated leads manually.

Don't try to scrape leads on tools like apollo, it's cuck behaviour.

You can't expect those leads to be high quality and to reply to your emails if you get the same as everyone else.
Now you might ask, where to find those quality leads?
Great question.
You need to go through your Internet Footprints.
I'm certain that your next clients are hidden in plain sight, just in front of you.
You look at them but you don't see them.
They might be hidden in your Youtube watch history, your instagram following or your newsletter subscriptions.
I cover this in more detail with the 1500 Qualified Leads Per Week CRM in Content Operators.

Step 2 - Mini-brand routine
Now you've got your Cold Outreach Ops running.
You need to stand out from:
Anonymous service providers (who just have an email address and a website, maybe).
Starving creators who hope the algorithm will push them to the right high-level clients.

Anonymous service provider
If you think about it,
Service providers that only do outreach → Eventually land clients
Creators that only create content → Eventually convert audiences
But those who do both?
They control their leads AND their conversions.
The difference? One controls the volume, the other controls the trust.
But the real power comes when you control both.
You control the volume and targeting with The Sniper Method
And you convert them easily with your content
So, while you're doing the outreach.
You want to push content that grows your brand.
I recommend Youtube videos because these are the ones you can send to your prospects. They will always trust a youtube link.
Next, you want to create content that replies to 3 questions
Why your stuff matters?
What results does it produce?
How to do it?
The why and what will mostly attract buyers.
You want to focus on those as you're doing your outreach, signing clients and getting them results.
The How builds goodwill by giving away the sauce.
It is helpful at times but it might attract freebie seekers. Use it modestly.
I know Alex Hormozi keeps giving away information, and sells implementation.
But understand that his business model is to help people reach $5M a year so he can then help them grow and take a share of the pie.
This is probably not your business model.
So focus mainly on the why and the what.
Now you have the outreach and your mini-brand routine running.
You have a flywheel that brings you the right leads and makes it easier to convert them on your offer.

Step 3 - Trend Surfing
Now, you have to spam those actions until you land a client.
Why?
Because when you put your content, your worldview, and your personality out there, you naturally attract people who resonate with you.
And that’s the key.
The only way to make a lot from a few is to find people you’re ready to go all-in with.
These people need to connect with you on different aspects than just a transaction.
Start by solving one specific problem.
Then solve the next. And the next.
I started with short-form content repurposing when it was trendy.
Now?
I build funnels, grow communities, create info-products, shoot content, edit, and do whatever it takes to grow brands.
Trends are useful because people believe they need to implement them.
If they don't they feel like they're missing out.
Right now it's all about AI Agents.

Find one use case, then dive deeper.
Step 4 - Excellence Marketing
Now how did I switch from a regular agency owner to a Content Operator:
From someone trading hours for dollars…
To someone building operations that compound over time—with the same effort, if not less.
With every action stacking on top of each other and growing without me being in the trenches 24/7.
To achieve this, I focused on a few Lighthouse Partners—not just clients.
These were people I was willing to get skin in the game with.
We structured profit-share deals built on trust.
I only survived if I delivered results.
And when it worked, I got a piece of the upside.
I wasn't just capped by my retainer.
That’s where you build real, field-tested knowledge.
You’re not just providing services that can be found on fiverr—you’re driving outcomes.
Now, how did I land a $9.5k deal + 15% equity with a fitness influencer who has 2M followers?

Closing the deal via a Google Meet on a Tuesday morning
I was referred by one of my lighthouse partners.
Because I built domain specific knowledge .
I showed time and time again that I could grow fitness brands organically.
And I became paid not just for my time, but for the quality of my thoughts.
As Naval says.
You want to be paid purely for the quality of your thoughts.

Now, can you control referrals like this?
Yes—by strategically reaching out to people in your partner’s network.
But the real key is to do so much great work that other people come to you.
It makes conversions much better and deals easier to negociate.
Excellence is the best marketing strategy.
See you in the trenches.
