I haven't done a Sales Call in 124 days.
Here's what happened in that timeframe:

I spent the winter between Argentina and Dubai.
Ate a ridiculous amount of steaks.
Almost got sunburn.
All with a empty (sales) calendar.
In sports, the biggest decision isn't perfecting your technique or training harder...
But which sport you choose to play.
Being the best footballer can make you wealthy. Being the best handballer won't even get you known.
I see business in a similar way.
One decision can be worth 1000 decisions.
Your Model is one of them.
Get that one wrong and you end up with $15k/month in costs, 15% margin, sending cold DMs and waiting for a lead to show up in a call, staring at your reflection in the screen.
