Read This If You’ve Lost Your Confidence
Confidence isn’t just an emotion. It’s a drug.
It makes you close faster, move sharper, speak clearer.
And when it’s gone, nothing feels right. Even the work you used to be proud of feels like you were just lucky.
That’s exactly what happened to me a few days ago.
I was editing one of the 15 videos I shot in 5 days in Argentina.

From the outside, the content was clean — the structure was there, the points were solid — but I felt nothing.
It was empty.
It was a video I forced myself to shoot, mostly written by ChatGPT, no real voice, no conviction behind the words.
And as I watched it in post-production, I realized I didn’t even believe myself.
The camera doesn’t lie. When you’re faking it, it shows.
That’s when it hit me: I’d lost confidence.
And here's the paradox you need to be aware of:
The more wins you have, the less confidence you need.
But the more you fail, the more you need it — and the less of it you’ve got.
It becomes a negative loop:
Fail → Lose confidence → Fail more → Shrink → Hide → Start to forget who you are.
Confidence gets treated like a mindset trick. But it’s not.
It's essential to any form of success.
You should treat your confidence capital even better than your financial capital.
Confidence creates anything you need. It can distort reality.
So here’s a list of confidence killers:
– Waking up late
– Not moving your body daily
– Getting rid of what's in your balls
– Not looking sharp (bad haircut, dirty clothes)
– Being tightly attached to the outcome of your actions
– Being late (to your own schedule, other's, your prayers)
Basically any action that doesn't make you feel proud about yourself.
Now. How to rebuild confidence?
First, don't chase confidence. engineer the conditions that create it.
We need to start with humility.
Understand you've taken a hit, and that's fine.
Aim lower.
Whether we're talking about business opportunities or women:
Stop aiming at 10s. Aim at 4s-5s and build your way up again.
Prove yourself through small wins:
– Make your bed
– Say you're going to do something, and actually do it. (could be 10 pushups right now)
– Stop comparing your current chaos to social media people's perfect life.
The good thing with losing confidence and getting it back:
It's going to be stronger than before.
That’s how you become dangerous again.
See you in the trenches,
– Kassimi
P.S.
I’m opening the April cohort of Content Operators Task Force.
We’ll focus on the 4 components that helped me stack wins and scale confidently as a Content Operator to $20k/month:
• Internet Footprints
• Trend Surfing
• Lead Sniping
• Branding Sprints
We’re closing Sunday the 30th or when we reach 5 people.
Reply CONFIDENT and I’ll send you the details.
